FOTOBA ROLLCUT 61/75 SL

Cut both X and Y axis for fast finishing of posters printed in rolls
The Wide Rollcut 61/75 SL series has the ability to cut both X and Y axis providing the fastest finishing of posters printed in rolls, (transport speed up to 18 meters per minute). Multiple motorised cutting units (optional) can be easily positioned anywhere across the width to trim several images printed on the same row.
The horizontal blade cuts across the media producing perfectly square-trimmed images. The units can handle numerous types of media with a maximum thickness of 0.5mm (20mil) including polycarbonates, laminates and encapsulated media, photo paper, vinyl, sticky back vinyl, PVC, media for inkjet, media for electrostatic plotters, graphic arts film, duratrans and much more. Software and the adjustable slicing units allow easy handling of different size formats within the same roll.
- Self-squaring to the edge of the image (X).
- True image edge tracking (Y).
- Automatic scanning of the cut marks.
- Memory channels to store different cut marks, lengths or both.
- Vertical slicers: single, 8mm double or adjustable double.
- Adjustable cutting lengths and quantities for media conversions.
- All mechanism controlled by stepper motors.
- Self-sharpening blade system.
- Max linear speed 18m.
- Accuracy +- 1mm (0.04in).
- Maximum cutting width: 170cm.
- Minimum cutting width: 28cm.
- Net weight: 250kg.
- Dimensions (cm): 281 x 87 x 110h.
- Shipping weight: 515kg.
- Shipping dimensions (cm): 303 x 103.
