Midcomp has introduced PolyXtreme – a new ABS alternative
Available in semi-gloss, PolyXtreme has a non-reflective and prismatic finish featuring dimensions of 2500mm x 1250mm.
It is ideal for outdoor signage and is available in thicknesses of 0.9mm, 1.5mm, 2mm and 3mm.
Proudly manufactured in South Africa, the material has excellent impact strength and thermal properties and is fully compatible with HP latex printers and UV flatbed printers. It is also easy to recycle and process, and available in pallets of up to 400 sheets.
The new product is fully compatible with laser cutting, and is currently in R&D with vacuum forming.
