How does it work?
The qualifying printer ranges include the HP Latex 630 series, HP Latex 730 series, and HP Latex 830 series, along with the HP Stitch S1000.
Additionally, the HP Latex FS 50 W, FS 60W, FS 70W and HP Stitch S1000 printers can be added to the Midcomp PPU programme; however, this is subject to prior arrangement as additional factors must be considered.

Receive a single consolidated monthly report and invoice from Midcomp – no need for purchase orders for supplies. Enjoy complete peace of mind with no unexpected expenses while maintaining full control over your print production.
The HP Portal logs all printed jobs, allowing us to extract a detailed monthly usage report, which is shared with you. We calculate the total printed square meters (m²) and apply your PPU rate to determine your monthly costs. Payments for the PPU programme are conveniently made via debit order.
What is not covered?
The following are not covered under the Midcomp PPU programme: electrical issues caused by power surges or lightning, customer abuse or damage to the printer, and physical damage to covers, spindles, handles, or printheads.
Additionally, Acts of God – such as water damage and damage to wiring harnesses are excluded. For HP Latex Print and Cut solutions, cutter consumables, including blades and cutting strips, are also not included in the programme.
How to qualify for the PPU programme
New HP Latex customers will undergo an evaluation to assess their print production needs. Midcomp will place them on a 90-day trial period to determine the most suitable PPU rate. Existing HP Latex users also qualify through a printer health assessment.
The programme is available to both Midcomp and non-Midcomp customers using HP Latex or HP Stitch printers.

Which HP Latex/HP Stitch units qualify?
Qualifying large format printer ranges include the HP Latex 630, 730, and 830 series.
The HP Latex FS50 W, FS60 W, HP Latex FS70 W, and HP Stitch S1000 printers are also eligible for inclusion in the Midcomp PPU programme; however, these models are considered on a case-by-case basis, as additional factors must be evaluated prior to approval.
Does the PPU PROGRAMME include printers and finishing equipment?
Yes, this option is available through our groundbreaking PPUGRO programme. It covers the complete printing and finishing system, RIP software, printer consumables, production access to the Midcomp Innovation Hub, spare parts, labour, travel and insurance.
