PROGRAMME OVERVIEWInstead of a fixed minimum charge, Midcomp offers a tiered or variable, cost per square meter based on the volume actually printed in the month to be billed or invoiced. If a user doesn’t print then they are not using printer consumables or services, so it is a no win, no lose situation for both Midcomp and the customer. Under this programme customers will probably have some very low volume print months but as long as the hardware cost is recouped, a user only pays for the prints they actually produce.

Receive a single monthly report and invoice from Midcomp. No purchase orders for supplies. Enjoy total peace of mind with no unexpected costs. The HP Latex Portal lists all jobs printed. We pull a monthly usage report from the Portal and apply the variable rate per m² based on your usage. The PPUGRO programme payments are by debit order.
The application is subject to credit approval. A customer’s geographical location, their company size and turnover and their financial position will all affect their eligibility.
Should you ever be in a situation where you urgently need to expand your production capacity or you are facing an urgent disaster recovery situation then Midcomp PPU and PPUGRO customers will have access to the Midcomp Innovation Hub. This is however by arrangement only as there are a few more factors that need to be considered first.
