How Does It Work?
Qualifying ranges includes the HP Latex 300/500/630/700/800 and HP Stitch S300/S500 series printers. HP Latex 1500/2700 and HP Stitch S1000 series printers can also be placed onto the Midcomp
PPU programme, but this is by arrangement only, as there are a few more factors that need to be considered before doing so.
Why is it Convenient?
Receive a single monthly report and invoice from Midcomp. No purchase orders for supplies. Enjoy total peace of mind with no unexpected costs. Take complete control of your print production. The HP Latex Portal lists all jobs printed. We pull a monthly usage report from the Portal and share this report with you. We calculate the m² that you have printed and apply your PPU rate to calculate the monthly spend in your print shop. The PPU programme payments are by debit order.
What is not covered?
Any electrical issues caused by power surges or lightning, as well as any customer abuse, or damage, to the printer. Covers, spindles, handles and any print heads with physical damage are not covered. Acts of God, such as water damage and damage to wiring harnesses, are not covered either. The Midcomp PPU programme does not include cutter consumables (such as blades and cutting strips) for HP Latex Print and Cut solutions.
How to Qualify
First-time HP Latex customers will be evaluated on what your print production will be. Midcomp will place you on a 90-day evaluation period to establish the most applicable PPU rate for you. Existing HP Latex users also qualify through a printer health evaluation process. Available to all Midcomp and non-Midcomp HP Latex or HP Stitch customers.
